Crown Court Clerk

Main duties will include liaising with Clients and Barristers, including legal visits to HMPS, conferences at chambers and Crown Court attendances as well as scheduling and overseeing file progression.

Practice Manager

Main responsibilities will include overseeing and maintaining legal accounts and billing concluded files; HR; ensuring compliance with the Legal Aid Agency, Lexcel and the Solicitors Regulation Authority; operating the smooth day-to-day running of the firm in the absence of the Managing Director; and the renewal of contracts both professional and practice.

Legal Secretary

This role involves greeting prospective and current walk-in Clients; audio typing; scheduling and diary maintenance; answering and making calls; dealing with enquiries; making applications for Legal Aid; and general administrative duties.
